I have worked full time in Television Sound for 27 years, 23 of them on location. I trained with the BBC and remained employed by them until 1992. I have worked on the full range of broadcast projects with a bias towards factual programming. I own an up to date range of equipment and keep in touch with current developments in both cameras and sound. I feel that the role of a good recordist goes far beyond merely recording excellent sound and consider that I can contribute both editorially and logistically.
